Cup Sealer Machines are sophisticated pieces of machinery that use a PC Board which is similar to a motherboard inside of your computer. When there is an error, a cup sealer machines will use short alphanumeric code—like E01 or E04—to alert you when something’s wrong.
These codes show up on the machine’s display panel and are your best friend when it comes to fast diagnostics.
Think of them like your machine saying, “Hey, something’s off—here’s a clue.”
Common Cup Sealer Machine Error Codes
E01 – Cup Not Detected
What It Means
The sensor can’t detect the cup. Either it’s not properly placed, or the sensor is dirty or damaged.

E02 – Film Not Advancing

CE Models of our Sealer Machines have a red emergency shut off button. Sometimes this can be triggered unintionally by an employee or while shipping or moving your machine.
How to Fix It

Turn the red emergency button so that it is “off”.

Check the safety door, if it is pressed forward it will trigger the same emergency alarm.

E10 – Firmware Error
